We supply a wide range of manual and electric Stackers to a diverse clientele across a broad spectrum of industries and businesses. They are designed for loading and unloading items from vehicles and racking. Our manual Stackers make moving, lifting, loading and unloading easier and faster. Speedy light electric Stackers take what was traditionally the back breaking work out of loading and unloading. They are a time saving and cost effective application that dispenses with heavy manual labour and mitigates against the potential back or knee injury attributed to heavy manual lifting. We supply a complete Lift range that comprises Electric Triggers, Upenders and Tilt Tables, Lift Tables and Mobile Lifts. They perform work Positioning and Deck loading applications very smoothly and efficiently and are indispensable pieces of equipment for the loading and unloading bays in wholesale and retail operations.
The larger more sophisticated models have wheels with brakes and we also supply a Lift Stacker Manual Stairclimber. We offer a planned maintenance programme with our Stackers to ensure they are always fit for purpose and fully operational with no down time attributable to potential machine failure. We shoulder the burden of responsibility for maintaining your Stacker allowing you to get on with what you do best – running your business, hassle-free. The heavier lifting equipment can handle loads up to 1000kg, with smooth steerable rolling wheels and high quality manufacture providing optimal performance.
We carry parts and spares to service, maintain and repair your Stacker and to mitigate against any potential downtime should machine malfunction occur. Our mobile maintenance units are very responsive to customer requests for problem resolution, especially emergency call outs or general pleas for help with failed equipment. On the other hand we provide planned maintenance contracts to mitigate that very scenario where clients are fire-fighting in the event of Stacker malfunction. We use the analogy of locking the stable door after the horse has bolted – forearmed is forewarned – and that is why we value our preventative scheduled maintenance contracts.
